The founder, Fumihiko HIROSE, who was qualified as Patent Attorneys in 1970, established the firm HIROSE Int’l Pat & TM in 1975, after experienced and trained in Nakamatsu (Nakamura & Partners).
Originally our firm received cases from the oversea clients. However, after PCT and Madrid Protocol were effectively introduced, our firm expanded the business to represent Japanese domestic client for filing the application to overseas.
Using PCT application before filing Japanese domestic application and obtain PCT search report within a short period of time will be effective than to wait Japanese search result in old fashioned style.
Also, using Madrid Protocol can be used extensively to cover foreign TM applications.
1970年に弁理士試験に合格した広瀬文彦弁理士が、1975年に、旧中松特許事務所（現在の中村合同）から独立して創立した事務所で、設立当初は主に外国企業の日本出願を扱っておりました。
PCTの活性化や、マドリッドプロトコルの発効による、世界の知財制度の大きな変革に沿って日本企業の代理も視野に取込んで、現在に至っております。
日本特許出願の審査結果より早く国際調査の結論の得られるPCT出願による国際調査を入手する確実な特許取得方法で、クライアントから好評を得ております。
また、マドプロ制度を積極的に活用して、経費の節減および海外商標権の管理の簡素化に協力させて頂いております。
